- Ok so you probably read my blog about Walmart and the shipping problems I had with them. I called Walmart.com today to complain. I explained that the item was a gift and my son now knows what he is getting. I got an "I apologize for the inconvenience". I was also advised that walmart ships items directly as they are ordered. They do not box items. That is up to the discretion of UPS. Tomorrow my task will be to follow up with UPS to see exactly what the protocol is for shipping items at Christmas. It would only make sense to box items at christmas.

LOL you go girl! I have only gotten clothing from them and they were in boxes. That is still weird!
